Terms of service.
The agreement, in plain language.
Last updated October 2, 2026.
The agreement.
These terms apply when you create an account or use ports.io. If you use it for a company, you accept them on that company’s behalf.
Your account.
Every account goes through business verification when it signs up, before it can use the network.
Keep your credentials safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account, including the traffic sent with your credentials.
Acceptable use.
Your use of the network must follow these rules. Government, banking and financial, adult, and survey/reward sites are blocked by default. Fraud, malware and unauthorized access are prohibited and monitored.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Price and billing.
Residential bandwidth costs $1 per GB. It’s the same rate for every customer, with no tiers, coupons or minimums, and you pay as you go for the bandwidth you use.
The 250 GB of free bandwidth is valid for 30 days from when it’s added to your account.
The service.
ports.io routes your traffic through our own network of residential IPs. Device owners can leave at any time, so we can’t promise that any single connection stays available.
We work to keep the service running well, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Privacy.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Liability.
As far as the law allows, ports.io is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement.
You can stop using ports.io and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes.
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Using ports.io after a change means you accept the new terms.
